Take some time to dive deep into the felt sense of Being Embodied in yourSelf. In this class, there will be some guided yoga/movement, some self-guided movement exploration, followed by pranayama (breath work/play) and Yoga Nidra to unwind your mind and take to you in an expanded space of connection, relaxation, and ease.

This class is an invitation to show up wholly as yourself, to feel what is arising in and through your life, and move it in an embodied way with a blend of guided yoga and intuitive movement in hopes of supporting your evolution and healing journey.

The modalities that inspire this class are Yin, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, some breathwork/play practices, and Yoga Nidra. (Yoga Nidra is a systematic form of guided relaxation, also known as enlightened sleep. You will be guided into a space between waking and dreaming where you rest in the feeling of stillness and wholeness.)


There is no right or wrong way to show up, be, or move. Come as you are.

My intention for this class is to offer a safe space for you to show up and experience yourself and life moving through you!

Remember, you are your medicine in this life. You are held and supported and loved JUST as you are!

All levels, bodies, genders, races, and ALL beings are welcome.


Suggested props:
* 2 -4 blocks (or books)
* Bolster or Firm Pillow
* 2 yoga blankets (or towels)
* Eye Pillow (or washcloth, shawl, etc. will do!)
* Strap (or Hand towel)


We will meet on ZOOM. You can always have your camera turned off if you want a more private experience!
