About

Chelsea D. Gockel

I believe that our bodies know how to heal themselves. I am here to support that process. My primary intention is to be guided by love in all that I do. I love to help support my clients into a place where they feel really good in their bodies. To help relieve pain, promote relaxation and to dig deeper into the truth of who they are.  My gift is helping people awaken into the tools in which they will feel empowered in every moment, in hopes that they will re-discover joy and passion within and without (the totality of their lives, interactions, relationships).   I inspire building relationships that go beyond labels and constructs a space of love, truth and integrity. I work towards guiding each person back to their own empowered truth and tapping into the infinite source energy where they are the embodiment of healing and transformation.

All my life I've been in love with embodied practices, it began with my deep interest in healing through movement practices such as gymnastics, cheer, and dance which led me to study personal training and move onto yoga and meditation from there. After years of working in the corporate world in Denver, while studying Yoga, Meditation, and holistic healing modalities I decided I wanted to commit the rest of my life to studying & teaching others about how to heal themselves in a way that had helped me so much through tough times in my life.

I studied at Samadhi Center for Yoga + Meditation in Denver where I received my 200 hr RYT and 40 hr Yoga Nidra Teaching Certificate.

A few years after leaving Denver, I ended up moving to Maui, Hawaii in 2016 where I began my study of hands-on holistic healing in the form of Massage and Bodywork, along with energy healing.

My passion is to bring the Aloha Spirit into all of my work which focuses on aligning the body, mind, and spirit, bringing the entire Being back into a state of wholeness. Alongside my traditional massage training in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports Massage I devoted much of my time to learning the Traditional Hawaiian healing modality of Lomi Lomi, along with Shiatsu and CranioSacral Therapy with over a 1,000 hours of training and education.  I incorporate the traditional art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with western therapeutic massage. My work is my art, and my intention is to bring my skills, intuition, and presence fully for each session to support each client's needs and desires.
