Our bodies know how to heal themselves. I'm here to support that process through intent, connection, and love.

My goal is to help you get to a place where you feel great in your body. To relieve pain, promote relaxation and self-love. To dig deeper into the truth of who we are.

I help people awaken to the tools that will empower them. To rediscover joy and passion in life. I inspire building relationships that go beyond labels to create a space of truth, love and integrity.

I work towards guiding each person back to their own empowered truth. To tap into the infinite source energy where they are the embodiment of healing and transformation.
All my life, I've been in love with embodied practices. It began with my deep interest in healing through movement with practices such as gymnastics, cheer, and dance. This led me to studying personal training, yoga, and meditation.

Working in the corporate world in Denver, while studying yoga, meditation, and holistic healing, I decided to commit my life to studying and teaching others. To show how to heal in the way that has helped me navigate the ups and downs of life.

I studied at Samadhi Center for Yoga & Meditation in Denver where I received my 200-hr RYT and 40-hour Yoga Nidra Teaching Certificate.
After leaving Denver, I moved to Maui, Hawaii. There I began the study of hands-on, holistic healing in the form of massage, bodywork and energy healing.
My passion is to integrate the Aloha Spirit into all aspects of my work. I do this by aligning the body, mind, and spirit to bring the entire being back to wholeness.

My traditional training is in deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage. I have over a thousand hours of training in the traditional Hawaiian healing modality of Lomi Lomi as well as Shiatsu and CranioSacral. I incorporate the art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with western therapeutic techniques to bring a unique experience of love and healing.

My work is my art. My intention is to bring the skills, intuition, and full presence every day to support each client's needs and desires.
